Although not ideal for extensive beach activities, the campsite boasts a grassy and rocky oceanfront area, with a larger sandy beach at the north end. Swimming can be challenging due to a rocky shelf along the shoreline, making it less suitable for water play. Surfers, particularly those with experience, frequent the area, enhancing its appeal for those seeking a coastal camping retreat.
