About this site

Dispersed camping and day use site along the North Fork of the Kern River. Portable toilets and trash bins available during summer months. No water available. Small, short trail leads to Corral Creek Picnic Area, which is a small beach along the Kern River. Camping, dogs, vehicles, and campfires are not allowed on beach. Dispersed Camping Rules, Regulations, and Tips Additional Info: Camping and campfires within 25 feet of the water's edge is prohibited due to the river's Wild and Scenic designation. Glass containers are prohibited. Campfire permits are required; campfires and barbeques may be prohibited during fire restrictions. The site is located directly across from Corral Creek Lodge on Mountain Highway 99.
