About this site
Hayfield Rocks BLM is a small, single site (a cubby hole) carved out of a rocky hill, next to Joshua Tree National Park. It’s named after Hayfield Road. The other side of Hayfield Road is park boundary. The site is completely on BLM Land. Hayfield Road is often used by off-road enthusiasts, hence you may encounter frequent noise, particularly on weekends. Hayfield Road is hard packed gravel, however the site itself can get soft at times, we recommend 4WD vehicles only.
