Collins Lake Recreation Area offers lakefront RV and tent camping on a 1,600-acre lake with 12 miles of shoreline in the California gold country foothills. Facilities include RV hookups (electric, water, sewer), hot showers, laundry, marina, boat rentals and launch, sandy swimming beach, playground, picnic areas, general store, fish cleaning station, and dump station. Famous for trophy trout planting, bass fishing, and waterskiing. Family-owned since 1972, open year-round. Additional Info: - Group sites available including Lakeview with RV hookups. - Cabins and trailers for rent (no pets inside). - Pets welcome in campsites. - Paid WiFi available. - Check-in 4pm, check-out noon for campsites.
