Turtle Island is a 33-campsite island campground in the Mother Bunch islands of Lake George, near the western shores and Point of Tongue Mountain. Accessible only by boat, it offers forested terrain, water views, jumping rocks, and quieter waters. Some sites accommodate boats with drafts up to 6 feet. It is a favorite among locals.
