Silver Creek State Forest Campground

Silver Creek State Forest Campground offers 26 sites for tent and small trailer use on a first-come, first-served basis with no reservations. Located on the scenic Pine River near Luther, Michigan, it provides access to hiking and mountain biking on the Silver Creek Pathway, as well as paddling, fishing, and an undeveloped boat launch. Rustic amenities include vault toilets and potable water from a hand-pump well. Sites 20-26 are walk-in tent sites on a peninsula. Overnight fee is $20 for most sites, with a 15-day maximum stay limit. Additional Info: Open spring through fall; year-round access possible but seasonal roads not plowed in winter.
