Rocky shoreline adjacent to Punalu'u Bay (sandy beach). Camping area with restrooms, outdoor showers, drinking water, and pavilion. Reservations required via Hawaii County system. No camping in pavilions. Alcohol permitted 10am-10pm. No pets, open fires, littering, smoking, removal of sand/rocks/plants, or commercial activities. Additional Info: Public beach park in Ka'ū district with BBQ pits/grills. Entry off Highway 11 past 55-mile marker.
