Camp Hale Koa is a serene group camping property nestled on the hillside of Kauai's spectacular Kokee Mountain State Park. Surrounded by the island's rich forest, Hale Koa offers a unique rustic camping experience for memories that will last a lifetime. We currently have 7 cabins that hold up to ten beds each, 2 shower / restroom facilities, a game room with pool table, air hockey and ping pong and a large meeting hall with a good sized kitchen. Wireless Internet, Large Screen TV, DVD Player, small sound system (bring your own mics). There is no cell service in the Kokee area, a landline phone is available in the kitchen for emergencies. Please note that this is not a hostel or a place for individuals, or very small groups with tents or a camper to rent a space. We rent the entire facility to one group at a time. Camp Hale Koa offers a large meeting/dining room with a small stage, TV and sound system. (Please bring your own mics & stands) Additional Info: Located just before the 13 mile marker on the road to Kokee State Park. Features 8 cabins (some refurbished, some rustic), 2 bath houses with showers and restrooms, fire pit, volleyball area, playing field, game room, and kitchen. Tent camping allowed for groups renting the entire facility. Entire camp rented to one group at a time. No pets allowed. Alcohol and tobacco free.
