MCGAFFEY OSO/PAGE (Campground) Fee info: Overnight Use: Single Site: $10-$15 per night Group Site: $100 Wingate; $75 Torreon; $50 Tampico, all per night Day Use: $5 per vehicle per day Additional Info: McGaffey Campground was built in 1937 and lies west of the Continental Divide in the Zuni Mountains at approximately 8,000 feet elevation. It is the largest campground in the Mt. Taylor Ranger District with 29 campsites, 21 picnic sites, and 3 group sites (Wingate, Torreon, Tampico). Mature ponderosa pine trees provide shade and privacy. A volunteer host is on site during the season (May 15 - October 15). Trailers limited to less than 22 feet. 14-day stay limit. Access to local trails. Follow road past entrance, stay right for Oso and Page overnight sites.
