May Lake High Sierra Camp is a historic backcountry tent camp in Yosemite National Park, offering canvas tent cabins with beds and furnishings. It provides three meals daily and operates seasonally via lottery reservation system when Tioga Pass Road is open. Accessible only by a 1-1.2 mile moderate to strenuous uphill hike from the May Lake trailhead parking lot off Tioga Pass Road (Highway 120). Located on the shore of alpine May Lake with views of Mount Hoffmann. Accommodates up to 36 guests in 8 tent cabins. Additional Info: Constructed in 1938, it is one of the High Sierra Camps forming a 50-mile loop in the Sierra Nevada.
