Lake Wapello State Park offers a campground with full hook-up, electric, and non-electric sites adjacent to the 289-acre lake. Modern shower and restroom facilities are available, along with a trailer dump station. The park features family cabins, picnicking areas, hiking trails including the Lakeshore Trail, fishing, boating, kayaking, and a beach area. The 1,150-acre park provides opportunities for wildlife viewing including deer and eagles. Additional Info: Amenities include picnic tables and fire rings at sites.
