Overview This location is available on a first-come, first-served basis only. Visitors are required to physically arrive at the campground to purchase and claim a site. Once on-site, you may be able to pay for your campsite(s) by scanning a QR code using the Recreation.gov mobile app, and the Scan and Pay feature. If this option is available, you will need to first download the free Recreation.gov mobile app https://www.recreation.gov/mobile-app prior to your arrival as some remote areas have limited or no cellular service. Additional Info: Holder Cove Campground sits at 2,536 feet in Cherokee National Forest with seven first-come, first-served sites along Conleys Creek. The campground offers 3 creekside RV sites with water and electric hookups, 1 creekside RV site with full hookups (water, electric, and septic), 4 first-come, first-served creekside tent spots, and a 38-foot luxury RV available for rent. Amenities include a restored bathhouse with hot water washing sinks, potable water, toilets, campfire rings, and fishing access. The area is known for trout fishing and offers a quiet, peaceful setting with no cell service. Pets are allowed.
