Gecko Campground is the largest campground in the Imperial Sand Dunes Recreation Area. It consists of a north loop and a south loop. These loops are paved roads and offer numerous vault toilets. The campground features concrete pads for parking and is popular for off-highway vehicle recreation. It operates seasonally from October through mid-April. Additional Info: Located along Gecko Road east of Brawley, California, with access to the Algodones Dunes.
