Taboose Creek Campground
About this site
Taboose Creek Campground is a county-managed site with 35 campsites along Taboose Creek at the base of the Sierra Nevada Mountains in Inyo County, California. Amenities include vault toilets, water well, picnic tables, grills, and fire rings at each site. No showers or hookups are available. The campground accommodates larger RVs and offers stream fishing (license required for ages 16+, season last Saturday in April to November 15). Reservations available via ReserveAmerica; first-come-first-served sites also offered. Fee is $14 per vehicle per night; additional vehicle $5. Additional Info: Vault toilets confirmed present. Campfires currently allowed in fire rings. Six people maximum per site. Popular for hiking, OHV, fishing, and stargazing with views of Sierra Nevada and Owens Valley.
