Condon Peak Campground
About this site
Condon Peak Campground is located on the outskirts of the Clear Creek Management Area (CCMA), offering rolling grass-covered slopes with tall pines and shrubs, as well as steep slopes and rocky outcrops. It features newly constructed campsites equipped with level RV pads, fire rings, shade structures, picnic benches, vault toilets, and a kiosk with interpretive panels, maps, and area information. Dispersed camping is also available, though no camping is allowed within 200 yards of wildlife watering improvements. Park within 15 feet of roadways to minimize impacts. No electricity, running water, or trash service; pack out all garbage. 14-day camping limit within any 28-day period. Additional Info: Open year-round on a first-come, first-served basis. Popular with ATVers, hunters, and OHV enthusiasts. Pets allowed on leash. A Clear Creek Management Area vehicle permit is required.
