Camp Taylor is a drive-in campground located at the bottom of a deep, shady gorge filled with lush second-growth redwoods, alongside Lagunitas Creek within Samuel P. Taylor State Park. The campground has over 50 campsites with restrooms, hot pay showers, and piped drinking water. Sites are scattered along trails that run between redwood groves and creekside areas. The park encompasses 2,882 acres of wooded countryside in west Marin County and offers hiking, biking, horseback riding, and wildlife viewing opportunities.
