Lower Bear Campground (also known as Bear Canyon Campground) is a remote hike-in campground in Angeles National Forest, located 5 miles from Switzer Picnic Area along the Gabrielino National Recreation Trail through Arroyo Seco canyon. It offers three primitive campsites with picnic tables, fire rings, and bear lockers. No water, toilets, or trash service is available; pack-in pack-out required. Pets allowed. An Adventure Pass is required for parking at the trailhead.
