Mule Mountain LTVA is a BLM Long Term Visitor Area (LTVA) in Riverside County, California, offering designated camping sites within Wiley's Well and Coon Hollow campgrounds. It requires self-contained RVs except within 500 feet of vault toilets or restrooms. A Special Recreation Permit is required from September 15 to April 15; camping is free from April 16 to September 14 with a 14-day limit. Contact Palm Springs Field Office at (760) 833-7100.
