Camp Comet Campground is located along the Silver Comet Trail near Cedartown, Georgia. The campground is accessible directly from the trail, making it a great stop for trail users. The area features flat terrain with a mix of wooded and open spaces. Primitive camping right off the trail. Previously called Silver Comet Campground. We have a large group camping area, several tent sites, mini cabins, overlook cabins, and RV sites with full hook-ups! Additional Info: Drive-in and hike-in sites available. Big rig friendly.
