About this site

Brule Lake Site #1 (#2307) is the only campsite along the Brule Lake Trail in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness (BWCA). Located on the point at the east end of Fishhook Lake, it is accessible via a 7-mile hiking trail from BWCA Entry Point #78 at the end of Forest Road 326. Managed by USDA Forest Service as a remote backcountry site.
