Thompson Beach Watercraft Campsite is a primitive paddle-in camping area on the shores of Lake Superior in Minnesota, accessible only by kayak, canoe, or other watercraft. There are 4 designated campsites and 1 firepit. Pit toilets are available. Camping is limited to one night. No fires allowed per DNR guidelines for watercraft sites; use camp stoves. Free, first-come first-served.
