Additional Info: Myrtle Lake has three backcountry sites. The 2 sites on the northwest shoreline are located on nice sandy beaches. Facilities provided include fire rings, tent pads, and latrines. Pack out garbage. Nine people per site limit. Dogs must be on a six-foot or shorter leash when not in a tent, food stored in bear-resistant containers, waste picked up and packed out or placed in receptacles, not left unattended, and kept in tent at night.
