BROWN MOUNTAIN CUA ROADSIDE CAMPSITES (Campground) Additional Info: Located in the Grandfather Ranger District of Pisgah National Forest. Provides 12 designated dispersed camping sites along a gravel forest road (FR 1328/FR 299) near the Brown Mountain OHV Trail System. Each site has a defined parking area, tent pad, picnic table, fire ring, and lantern post. Pit toilet available. Pack-in pack-out area with no water or trash service. First-come first-served with 14-day stay limit. No reservations. Access via Brown Mountain Beach Road off NC Highway 181.
