Bitterbrush isa popular campground in spring and fall as it is frequently below the snow line or just has minor amounts of snow. 30 campsites. Bearproof food storage containers available in the campground. Fee info: Overnight Use: Single Site: $31 per night Additional Vehicle Fee: $10 per vehicle per night Additional Info: Open year-round with 30 first-come, first-served campsites at 7,350 feet elevation in Bishop Creek Canyon, Inyo National Forest. Vault toilets available year-round; potable water and full services April through October. Each site has picnic table, fire ring, and bear-proof food storage. Pets allowed on leash. Maximum 14-day stay. Quiet hours 10pm-6am. Most sites accommodate two vehicles or trailer with tow vehicle.
