The Atlantic City Campground is in the South Pass area. It features 18 campsites, fire rings, garbage collection, water (weather permitting), picnic tables, vault toilets and can accommodate large recreational vehicles. The site is ADA Accessible. There are seasonal closures and occasionally there is a host on site. Be aware, this is bear country! This is a fee site. Typical use season is June 1 - October 31. Additional Info: The campground sits at approximately 8,100-8,130 feet elevation in the historic South Pass area. Stays are limited to a maximum of 14 days. No reservations; first come first served.
