17 sites. Pacific Crest Trail Access. No Water. The nearest water can be found at the Warner Springs Gas Station. Additional Info: Small campground in Cleveland National Forest near Warner Springs at 3,600 feet elevation in live oak woodland. All 17 sites are first-come first-serve. Fire rings, charcoal grills, picnic tables, and vault toilets provided. Dogs allowed on leash. One group site available by reservation through Palomar Ranger District. Seasonal closure April and May to protect endangered arroyo toad habitat.
