Yukon River Campground (YG) is a government-run campground located directly across the Yukon River from Dawson City, offering quiet, well-maintained riverside campsites with excellent views of the town and Moosehide Village. Accessible by ferry from Dawson City via the Top of the World Highway. Amenities include picnic tables, campfire pits, firewood, at least one picnic shelter, outhouses, and hand-pumped cold water. No running water, electrical, or dumping stations available. Open May-September. Additional Info: Approximately 100+ sites, first-come first-served, $12 CAD per night.
