Yukon River Campground
About this site
Government-run campground located directly across the Yukon River from Dawson City, accessible by ferry from Top of the World Highway. Offers quiet, well-maintained riverside campsites with excellent views of the town and Moosehide Village. Amenities include picnic tables, campfire pits, firewood, and at least one picnic shelter. Water is available via hand-pumped cold water. Outhouses provided. No running water, electrical hookups, or dumping stations. Open May to September. Proximity to the Paddlewheel Graveyard. Requires a short ferry ride to access.
