Wayside Camping Park, located in Glen Margaret along the South Shore region of Nova Scotia, provides a quiet and cozy camping experience. The South Shore has a lot to offer and Wayside Camping Park provides a great home base for exploring this beautiful region. We are just a short drive from the fishing village of Peggy’s Cove and the world-famous lighthouse. Additional Info: 90 overnight sites with electrical (30/50 amps), water, and sewage hook-up, some unserviced, as well as 60 seasonal sites. Open and wooded sites on 200 acres across from an ocean inlet. Amenities include flush toilets, showers, disposal station, fireplaces, wood, ice, pay phone, and Wi-Fi hotspot. Outdoor activities include ocean swimming, boat and kayak launch, playground, and hiking trails. Big rigs welcome with RV washing available. Open May 1 to Oct 31. Pet-friendly.
