Villa Creek Camp is a wilderness trail camp located along the Buckeye Trail in Silver Peak Wilderness, Los Padres National Forest, Monterey County. The camp sits at 1,150 feet elevation in a deep drainage among towering redwood trees and mature maples beside Villa Creek. Access requires hiking the Buckeye Trail with a steep descent of approximately 200 feet to reach the campsite. The camp features a picnic table and multiple tent areas. Year-round water is available from Villa Creek, which provides a reliable flow of cold, clean water. The setting includes ferns lining the forest floor and small waterfalls and pools nearby. Maximum length of stay is 14 days. Reservations are required for wilderness trail camps.
