The Upper Salamander Creek campsite is a fully accessible, single occupancy site on Wrangell Island. Access to site is via a 700 foot gravel path from the parking area on the road to the site overlooking Salamander Creek. Additional Info: Single quiet tent site in Tongass National Forest near Wrangell, ideal for solitude, fishing, and coastal exploration.
