Free BLM campground located within The Crown Special Recreation Management Area near Carbondale, Colorado. Accessed via Prince Creek Road with a kiosk parking area. Offers primitive camping with fire rings and restrooms. Maximum vehicle length is 40 feet. The area is closed December 1 to April 15. Popular for mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, and scenic views of Mount Sopris and the Roaring Fork Valley.
