Tofte Lake Site 3 is one of four backcountry campsites on 155-acre Tofte Lake in Superior National Forest, Minnesota. The lake reaches a depth of 70 feet and is managed as a designated trout lake for rainbow trout and splake. Access is via boat from the boat ramp on Forest Road 1541/557, 14.5 miles northeast of Ely. Additional Info: Campsites include fire rings, tent pads, and latrines. Pack out all garbage. Restrooms available at boat access; potable water not available.
