Self Service Campground No Utilities, Boat Ramp, Day Use Picnic Area, Vault Toilet, Hike/Bike Trails Additional Info: Taylor Bay Backcountry Area is a primitive campground with approximately 25-30 sites located on Taylor Bay of Lake Barkley in Land Between the Lakes. Sites feature fire rings and picnic tables. The campground is primarily used by hunters and anglers and offers excellent waterfowl watching opportunities at the edge of the Environment Education Waterfowl Refuge. Lakefront sites allow boats to be tied up. Two sections of camping are available with both lakefront and wooded sites. Amenities include vault toilets, garbage disposal, and a boat ramp. No water, electricity, or showers are available.
