Mammoth Cave National Park backcountry campsite located on land surrounded by a tear-drop shaped bend in the Green River. Accessible only by hiking (via Turnhole Bend Trail or Sal Hollow Trail from Maple Springs) or horseback. Primitive site with fire ring; no other amenities. Limited to 8 people. Permit required ($10 per trip) via Recreation.gov; subject to river level restrictions.
