The site features a 10'x12' canvas tent erected on a wooden platform with a queen-size futon mattress, plus a secondary popup tent for additional guests. Amenities include a fire ring, small charcoal grill, picnic table, rechargeable lanterns, first night's firewood, fire starter, rustic toilet, 5-gallon water jug, and battery-operated rinse kit. The property is situated in a semi-rural, secluded setting with creek access and is minutes from the Appalachian Trail, Big Creek Winery, Beltzville Lake, Blue Mountain Ski & MTB Resort, and Jim Thorpe.
