Beaver Meadows Recreation Area Campground is located in Allegheny National Forest near Marienville, Pennsylvania. It offers 38 campsites with large parking spurs, tent pads, fire rings, and picnic tables designed for travel trailer use (no hookups). Vault toilets and hand pumps for water are available. A small picnic area overlooks the 34-acre Beaver Meadows Lake. Trails provide access to natural habitats including a boardwalk over the lake. Dead and down wood may be used for firewood. Additional Info: The campground is noted for its pine overstory and serene setting. It serves as a waterfowl refuge with beavers, herons, ducks, and geese.
