Strawberry Lake Recreation Area is a primitive, first-come-first-served campground located in Turtle Mountain State Forest near Bottineau, North Dakota. The campground features well-maintained campsites with self-registration, two drinking water wells, and vault toilet facilities. A boat ramp and fishing pier provide access to Strawberry Lake, which is stocked annually with rainbow trout. Gas-powered boat motors are prohibited on the lake. The recreation area offers access to 18 miles of multi-use, non-motorized trails suitable for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. Amenities include designated group camping areas, picnic spots, fire rings, and firewood available with paid registration. No electric or water hookups are available.
