Spruce Creek Camp

Spruce Creek Camp is a wilderness trail camp located along the Salmon Creek Trail in the Silver Peak Wilderness of Los Padres National Forest, Monterey County. The main camp is situated in a large flat shaded by lofty oaks and bay laurels, just before the trail crosses Spruce Creek. It contains ample room for tents, a picnic table, fire ring, and pit toilet. An overflow camp with room for a few more tents is located beside Salmon Creek, just after the trail crosses Spruce Creek. Year-round water is available from Salmon Creek and Spruce Creek. Maximum length of stay is 14 days. Accessed via the Salmon Creek Trailhead, which is the most popular access point.
