Snowbank Lake Site 11 (#1477) is a backcountry campsite located on the north end of Harri Island in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness (BWCAW). It is one of three near-wilderness single-party sites on Snowbank Lake, accessible only by foot or boat via the Snowbank Lake Trail or from the boat ramp on the south central part of the lake. Additional Info: - First come, first served basis. - Amenities include fire grate, latrine, and possibly picnic table. - BWCAW entry permit required. - Nine people per site limit. - Boil or filter water. - Pack out garbage; use only provided facilities.
