Slate Creek Trail Camp is a backpack-in campground in Portola Redwoods State Park. Accessed via the 3.27-mile Slate Creek Trail with 1,005 feet elevation gain. Features first-come first-served sites with picnic tables, bear boxes, and a pit toilet. Water available from nearby creek (filter required; may be low or dry seasonally). No hammocking or foraging allowed.
