Silver City Campground
About this site
Silver City Campground is a small BLM campground with 6 sites located next to Jordan Creek in the historic mining town of Silver City in the Owyhee Mountains of southwestern Idaho. It offers primitive first-come, first-served camping. Bring your own water as Jordan Creek water may contain mercury from historic mining. Vault toilets are available. Pets allowed on leash. Campfires permitted. Seasonally closed from first snowfall until Memorial Day weekend. Additional Info: Accessible by vehicle from Highway 78 near Murphy. Picnic tables and campfire rings at sites. No potable water, showers, hookups, or dump station.
