Scab Creek Small Vehicle Campsite 12

Scab Creek Small Vehicle Campground is a BLM-managed free campground located in the Scab Creek Recreation Area at 8,200 feet elevation in the foothills of the Wind River Mountains. The campground provides 12 sites including one group site, all available on a first-come, first-served basis with no fees. Amenities include vault toilets, potable water, fire pits, and picnic tables. The campground is open May 1 to November 15, weather permitting. No pack stock are allowed. Scab Lake trailhead is located at the campground entrance, providing access to the Scab Creek Wilderness Study Area and Bridger-Teton National Forest trail system.
