Sand Pond Recreation Area is a campground with 20 developed sites in Pine Log State Forest, many along Sand Pond shores. Sites accommodate RVs and tents with driveway lengths from 23 to 42 feet. Amenities include restrooms with showers, dump station, pavilion, fishing pier, electric and water hookups, fire rings, and picnic tables. Activities include hiking, biking, fishing, swimming, canoeing, birding, and hunting. Additional Info: Year-round operation with reservations via ReserveAmerica. Located approximately 14 miles north of Panama City Beach in Washington County, Florida.
