Loop E at Rocky Ridge Campground in Eleven Mile State Park offers non-electric sites with shade and trees. This loop is part of the only campground at Eleven Mile that provides electric hookups (available in Loops A, B, and D). Loop E is closed during the off-season. The campground is situated directly on the shores of Eleven Mile Reservoir and offers access to fishing and boating.
