Railroad Camp is located in Sinkyone Wilderness State Park on the Lost Coast of California. The campground offers 11 spacious campsites, each with two picnic tables, a fire ring, parking for two vehicles, and plenty of room for tents spread across open meadows. The site provides direct ocean access with opportunities for fishing, including rockfish, cod, halibut, and abalone diving. Nearby attractions include Jones Beach (2 miles hike) and Whale Gulch (4.5 miles round trip) for whale watching. The Lost Coast Trail, a challenging 24-mile route, passes through the area. Horse trails and horse campgrounds are also available in the park.
