Quarry Beach Yurt is a rentable yurt located approximately 10 miles from Homer Harbor, on the opposite side of Tutka Point from Kayak Beach, in Kachemak Bay State Park area. Situated about 30 yards from a rocky shore historically used as a loading area for quarry stones, it offers deep water anchorage and protection from day breezes. Ideal for kayak launches into Sadie Cove and Hesketh/Yukon Islands, with access to the north end of Grace Ridge hiking trail. Accessible by water taxi or alpine hike from Kayak Beach trailhead.
