Pine Valley Horse Camp is a free, first-come-first-served horse camp located in Stanislaus National Forest at 7,000 feet elevation near the Crabtree trailhead for the Emigrant Wilderness. The camp features picnic tables, vault toilets, and tie rails. No potable water is available. Open May through December. Camp in designated sites only; maximum 6 people per site and 14-day stay limit. Campfire permits (free) required for stoves, grills, or campfires.
