Olnes Pond Campground
About this site
Olnes Pond Campground is a small, year-round campground with 12 dry campsites arranged in a loop around the pond, located at mile 10.5 of the Elliott Highway, approximately 20-22 miles north of Fairbanks, Alaska, within the 400-acre Lower Chatanika State Recreation Area. It offers fishing, swimming, boating (non-motorized), berry picking, and day use areas. There is one cabin available. All sites are first come, first served. Additional Info: - Cost: $20 per night (as of August 2024) - Amenities include picnic tables, fire pits, vault toilets, potable water from cistern, and a pay station.
