North Wildhorse Campground
About this site
North Wildhorse Recreation Area is a BLM-managed campground with 18 campsites, three group sites, tables, fire rings, grills, tree or shade ramadas, vault toilets, and hand pump water. No hookups are available. Maximum trailer length is 24ft. Wildhorse Reservoir is an important northeastern Nevada year-round fishery offering excellent ice fishing in winter (December through early March). Summers are mild with popular activities including boating, shore fishing, water skiing, and windsurfing. Scenic drives, mountain biking, and snowmobiling opportunities are available nearby.
